Meditation in Wales

Meditation Day Courses in Brecon and Cardiff

These popular meditation day courses provide an easy and relaxing balance between teachings, guided meditations and time to talk to other students. The teachings offer a clear and practical explanation of the basics of meditation, as well as advice on how to establish a regular practice. Aside from being a refreshing break from daily life, many people find the techniques they learn to be of great long-term benefit.
