Parents enjoy a relaxing meditation and teaching on how to increase inner peace, enabling us to cope with the problems and difficulties of daily life in a positive and constructive way. Children enjoy a simple meditation, learn about the life of Buddha and the buddhist way of loving kindess, through stories, role-play, drawing and painting etc…. Everyone welcome
